This course is designed for those who already have a good command of Pilates reformer and wish to go further in their practice.
Movements are faster, more complex and require strength, stability and control. It works on the whole body with a higher intensity, while emphasizing precision, breathing and fluidity.
Perfect if you are comfortable with the basics and looking for a real physical challenge.

A gentle, feel-good class focused on deep stretches, mobility, and relaxation. Ideal for recovery days or to unwind, this session helps reduce tension and restore your body through calming Reformer movements. All levels welcome.

Abs & Glutes: Sculpt, tone and strengthen where it counts.
A targeted course to strengthen the abdominals and tone the buttocks, while working on posture and stability.
Using the reformer, we combine control and resistance exercises to deeply activate the center of the body and sculpt the lower body. Perfect for those who want an effective training focused on key areas.
Ideal for feeling the muscles working... and the results coming!
