Manicure and pedicure appointments

Reservations & Payments

  • All appointments require payment at the time of booking.

  • Walk-in: If a client books an immediate appointment (upon arrival), payment is made at the end of the service.

  • Appointments can be booked by phone, where our receptionist will process the payment.

  • If the client prefers not to provide their payment details over the phone, they can:

    • Complete their payment through our booking platform on our website.

    • Contact Marea for assistance with online payment.

Cancellations & Delays

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling:

    • More than 48 hours in advance: Full refund.

    • Less than 24 hours in advance: 50% refund.

    • In case of a no-show, no refund will be issued.

  • Delays:

    • A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

    • Beyond this, the service may be canceled without a refund if it affects the next appointment.

    • If the client calls ahead to notify us of their delay, we will do our best to accommodate them. However, if rescheduling is not possible, the appointment will be forfeited without a refund.

Additional Services & Guarantee

  • Done at Marea:

    • Regular: $5

    • Gel: $10

    • Refill: from $55 (Depending on nail size)

  • Done elsewhere:

    • Promotion: With removal, add a mani care for $25.

    • Acrylic: $30

    • Gel on natural nails: $25

    • Shellac: $25

  • Regular polish services include a free touch-up within 24 hours in case of imperfections (with prior notice and coordination).

House Rules

  • Clients must arrive with clean hands and feet to ensure service quality.

  • Children under 12 are only allowed under adult supervision.

  • Guests are welcome as long as they respect the salon’s calm and relaxing atmosphere.

  • Marea reserves the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behavior, disrespect toward staff, or disruption of other clients' experiences.

  • Si vous avez déjà du produit sur vos ongles (gel, vernis permanent, biogel, etc.), il est essentiel de réserver un service qui inclut le retrait.

  • Si un service sans retrait est réservé alors qu’un retrait est nécessaire, nous devrons ajuster votre rendez-vous selon les disponibilités du moment. Cela peut entraîner :

    – une modification ou un raccourcissement du service prévu,

    – ou, dans certains cas, l’impossibilité de vous recevoir.

  • Nous nous engageons à respecter l’horaire de chaque client·e. C’est pourquoi tout changement non anticipé pourrait affecter la durée ou la nature du service offert. Merci de votre compréhension et de votre collaboration.
